The Prime 1 team is led by Dan Meade. Before launching Prime 1, Dan had built solid credentials for himself as a carpenter, foreman and project manager with an expertise in handling large-scale renovations for hotels such as Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton and others.

Under Dan’s guidance, Prime 1 has grown steadily by focusing on residential and commercial construction and development projects in Western Pennsylvania. His team-oriented approach ensures clients receive the highest level of service and workmanship. Now with more than 30 years experience, Dan is looked to as a local leader in most construction fields.

Successful construction is a team sport. It takes experience in all disciplines and the ability to work together for a common goal. At Prime 1 Enterprises, Inc., our team of estimators, supervisors, office support, carpenters and construction workers each have at least 10 years of experience.

The process starts with an initial consultation with owner Dan Meade to determine your needs
and project scope. From there, our professional estimator works to make your dream project a realistic cost.

Once the proposal is accepted and signed, a Prime 1 coordinator schedules all trades, accessing the finest plumbers, HVAC, electricians and specialty contractors. Be assured that a supervisor from Prime 1 will always be present on your job site from start to completion.
