A huge, three unit Victorian home in Regent Square lost the entire roof and most of
the third floor in a vicious fire. The first and second floor had extensive fire and water damage. Prime 1 restored this old girl back to her original beauty.

From the new roof down, the house was completely gutted. New windows, new plaster, floors, kitchens – everything was rebuilt to the original luster.

This extensive renovation took just over a year to complete.
Most of the doors and trim were custom made to match the original.
