Prime 1 Enterprises Inc, recently installed this Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) foundation at a renovation & addition project we just started, in Squirrel Hill. We completed the form work and bracing in 1 day, and poured the concrete and set the anchor bolts in the forms the next morning, and were done with this task by 9 AM. The Insulated Concrete Forms can be filled up to 10 feet vertical in 1 pass and provide a thermal rating of R-22. This saves time and eliminates the need to install additional insulation to meet the new energy code requirements.
